• Machine Servicing All new machines shipped from the factory are provided with a 12-month warranty. Machine servicing is not generally required during the warranty period but this will depend on customer preference and machine usage. If a machine service is requested then this will be charged at the normal rate. Further information pertaining to machine servicing can be obtained by contacting our sales representative. • Documentation All of our machines are supplied with comprehensive operating instructions, electrical drawings/parts list, an illustrated mechanical parts list, an installation manual and routine maintenance instructions. • After-sales Service We have a professional after-sales service team, which can provide you 24-hours service. Our team can provide fast technical support & feedback on Wechat, Whatsapp, QQ, Phonecall ... If customers need we can also provide foreign debugging services. • OEM Service We supply OEM Service for the packaging equipments according to different standard.
